The breakfast was simple continental and more than adequate with delicious coffe; the staff was outstandingly accommodating. The room was classically decorated when upgraded with sparkling new bathroom, a great view, as example. The location of the hotel was marvellous, in the center of the Venice.

The hotel was an easy base for enjoying a fairly nice area, adjacent to the Rialto bridge and San Marco Square, and " Rick Steve's VENICE. I've had gorgeous and fantastic room with three windows, a great view, twin beds. I had cheap food for breakfast with delicious coffe.

All the personnel was courteous and welcoming. I appreciated double room with twin beds joined together. Croissants and cheese was a bonus.

I enjoyed a refreshing walk-in shower and the water pressure was perfect. The hotel is conveniently located near the Rialto Bridge and Piazza San Marco, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing recommendations and directions. Although the breakfast was modest, it was enough to get me started for the day. I would highly recommend this hotel for its comfortable rooms and convenient location.

Early check-in, brand-new room with great decorations, beautiful view plus a well appointed bathroom. Perfect location close to everything, easy to get anywhere. Short walk to bistros and major attractions.

We felt like we were (litteraly) IN the movie Casanova, starring Heath Ledger. We took a room with a canal view, which was really nice and romantic. The bed and the whole room were in an old Venician style. To go to the room you had to climb really narrow stairs and all the rooms had their own name, instead of a number. A very good experiance. We highly reccomend this hotel. We wish we could stay longer...

The bathrooms are clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing experience. The continental breakfast served in the morning is a delightful start to the day, with delicious coffee and warm rolls waiting just inside the front door. The best part? It's all included in the nightly rate, offering incredible value for money.

The room was unexpectedly beautiful. We arrived late, but the keys were there on the reception for us. The location is perfect, really close to all major city sites if you know how to find them, of course. It will take some time to learn navigating in the city.

The location was perfect, next to a Gothic church. It was also so close to Close to a nice restaurant and lots of good restaurants. The breakfast had fabulous choices, including croissants and cheese, sadly we didn't have time and didn't try all of it.

Well-appointed and good value hotel for one night. Caring and attentive stuff; early check in. Romantic high quality rooms. Absolutely perfect location with restaurants and bars close to the place. Great and outstanding baked buns, cheese, and croissants in the morning. What a thoroughly enjoyable stay, no reason to complain.
